Add Inch Based Interface System

It would be nice to design interface mesurments in terms of inches calculated using the device dpi. This would useful for ensuring that buttons and other interface widgets are clickable even when using 4k displays and look consistent across mobile devices.

Can use the Screen.dpi to place and size interface elements by actual size in inches.
