We need to do the following so that users dont see this message when they try running the "Frank from Earth.exe" file.

  1. Get a signing certificate
  2. Get a signing tool
  3. Set up signing tool on Inno Setup (Setup located in "Google Drive\Tiny Phoenix\Utilities\Game Installers\Frank from Earth"
