Update Fields on Update to Reflect Changes made from outside the In Scene Inspector

This should also include the ability to update the entire heirarchy incase a scene is changed. From Radimoto on Unity3D forums

Firstly I seem to have an issue - I have brought the InScene Inspector (ISI) prefab into my game as a child of my main game controller (which is persistent across scenes). When my first stage loads I instantiate the cars for the race. ISI doesn't seem to refresh on the new scene load and therefore I can't select any of the cars. I seem to only see the game objects from the original starting scene.
